1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, complete, unworn, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
3. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (size, color, etc.), the following fees apply:
- Within Agadir: 20 MAD
- Outside Agadir: 35 MAD
4. Refunds
We offer refunds if you're not satisfied with your order. Here's how it works:
- We send a delivery person to collect and inspect the returned item
- Once approved, the refund is issued minus delivery and travel fees

5. Non-Refundable Items
Items that are worn, damaged, missing original packaging, or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.
